These Cinnabon Secret Menu Items Are Better Than Anything on the Actual Menu

Are you one of the people who loves trying secret menu items like I do? Secret menus almost feel like a cool foodie rebellion. For the sweet tooths out there, Cinnabon has a secret menu that's basically a dessert lover's paradise. Of course, they still have all of the classics. But if you’re feeling adventurous and want to jump on the latest social media craze, Cinnabon has a whole secret menu that’s the stuff of legends.

Imagine walking into Cinnabon and catching a whiff of those freshly baked cinnamon rolls. Now, picture this: a menu that only a select few know about, that’s filled with mind-blowing combinations to take your Cinnabon experience to a whole new level. 

Right now, you can experience four new special menu items that are only available for a limited time: TurtleBon, Carmel Lover, OREO Bon, and the Cookie BonBite Sandwich. 

If you’re wondering if these special items are worth it, my kids and I did the hard work for you. We headed to our local Cinnabon and courageously tried all four of these fantastic flavors. Read on for our honest review.

Cinnabon's New Secret Menu Items, Ranked

1. Caramel Lover

Imagine sinking your teeth into a gooey Cinnabon, drenched in caramel goodness. It's like a sugary hug for your taste buds. If you like sweet, order the Caramel Lover—this one is for you. This was Rocco and my favorite. The reason we both liked it the best was because you could still taste the original Cinnabon flavors, but also a caramel note at the end. 

2. TurtleBon

The secret TurtleBon menu item is coated in caramel, chocolate and pecan pieces. This was Gigi’s favorite, by far. She went back for seconds and actually finished the entire 'bon when we got home. Rocco and I also loved this one, but only second to the Caramel Lover’s. 

3. Cookie BonBite Sandwich

Next, we've got the Cookie BonBite Sandwich. This was basically a chocolate chip cookie sandwich with the famous Cinnabon icing in the middle. The guy who made ours put it in the microwave so the frosting melted all over the bottom cookie and then he topped it with another cookie. The cookies themselves were very delicious. All of us loved the cookies. What we didn’t love was the melted icing. I think if he hadn’t microwaved it, we would have enjoyed this one more. I would definitely order another one of Cinnabon's cookies, but not with the melted icing.

4. OREO Bon

Then there's the OREO Bon, because who doesn't love a good OREO upgrade? Picture this: your classic Cinnabon, but with a generous sprinkle of OREO magic. If you love OREOS, this might be the one for you. My kids both liked this one, but I honestly didn’t really like it. I thought the OREO crunch was super weird with the soft, pillowy texture of the Cinnabon. I also really didn’t like the overt chocolate flavor with the cinnamon flavor.
