I also agree. I have not had the cage on for more than a few hours and once all night for a house party. I do not think it would permanently shrink you. In college I was a good twelve inches. Without chemicals or a scalpel I don’t believe you can change your penis size at peak arousal. However, the capacity to attain then maintain that kind of engorgement can be affected for sure.
